Go Kayaking This Summer Around Long Island
Paddlesports are not only great exercise, but they're also a great way to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy all the outdoor beauty Long Island has to offer. Living in an area surrounded by water means ample opportunity for kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding. Paddlesports happen to be some of our REALTORS® favorite summer hobbies. Located just south of these great Garden City homes for sale is Hempstead Lake State Park, which has three ponds that are great for kayaking and paddleboarding. The park has a nice boat launch and dock, so water access is easy. The whole park is calm and serene and an excellent place to find some peace and quiet.

March 30 is Take a Walk in the Park Day, and with winter's ice grip finally beginning to loosen, our REALTORS® are excited to do just that. Luckily, we have a lot of great places to go for a hike here on Long Island.
